These fire curtains provide an insulated zone of 30 minutes and also 30 minutes integrity, as per the requirements of PAS 121.
Our standard 30 minute insulated curtains has now been upgraded to 57 minutes, at no extra cost to our clients. We are now working towards the 3hr insulated zone fire curtain. Designed for high specification situations such as Museums and Art Galleries, where priceless goods are in need of ultimate protection.
During our fire tests the temperature on the safe side of the fire curtain rose only by 45 degrees Celsius, at a point 100mm away from the curtain. And this was after 30 minutes and at 1000 degrees Celsius on the fire side.
